Businiess name:  Indigo The Salon

Review content:
""Eh"" is a rating too good for this salon. I went to indigo for the first time in december to get a trim and ombre color (dark at the roots and gradually gets lighter towards the ends). Took in several photos of desired color for reference--- two of the photos were of ME because I had this hair color before a few years ago. 3.5 hrs later, I walked out with color that was not only ombre but it wasn't anywhere near the dark, medium or light tones I'd requested. (I'd asked for warm, amber and golden colors and got cool ash tones instead). Got a big hassle trying to schedule a re-do the next week with a different stylist, but we finally settled it and I came in to have it fixed. This time the stylist I got was even LESS skilled than the first and I not only ended up with terrible color, my hair started breaking off the next day. I asked for a refund and was unable to get the manager or owner to return my calls or emails. Filed a claim with the BBB, which INdigo also ignored (they have a pror claim on their record with the same result--ignored). My credit card company is doing a charge back to get my money back but this whole thing has been pretty ridiculous. My assessment is that some of the stylists are inexperienced and not receiving regular training to keep up with current trends. And the manager and owner are totally hands-off. Horrendous customer service, worst 2 experiences at a hair salon that I've ever had in my 25 years of having my hair cut and colored at various salons throughout the states.
