We hired Paint Solutions in May 2007 to paint our house and we upgraded to the best paint as recommended by Phil. By November 2007 it was already peeling and we contacted Phil. He never made it out to fix this issue and promised to be out in the spring of 2008. We contacted him in March 2008 and it took weeks before he replied and finally came to our house. We planned the week for him and his team to fix the peeling paint issue and left the paint as instructed; Paint Solutions never came and have never came back since. We heard from Phil over the summer blaming the weather for why they have NEVER come back. Our house looks worse than it did before we had it painted. I am extremely unhappy with the service Paint Solutions has provided after the initial work was done. I would be very careful in hiring the Company if you have an older house with wood shingles. You will be told one thing, but the reality is very different.
Pros: Initial service was as expected
Cons: follow-up service is non-existent; once they receive their money, you won't get service after if issues arise.
