I came in knowing the exact car stereo receiver that I wanted, as I had done a little online research. I was relieved to find that the staff was very friendly and were there to help me as soon as I walked through the door. They didn't try to ""upsale"" me on a more expensive model; I was just asked few questions about my car so they could estimate the price of installation. At $35 for an after-market install, it's hard to find a better deal. The sale price on my stereo receiver beat Outrageous Audio and Cartoys sales. They matched the price of Fry's on clearance. It's a no-frills showroom with hand-made price stickers, but that's just fine with me, as the staff is very knowledgeable seem to want you get what is right for you. Installation was done quickly in 30 mins, and I was told I had a lifetime warranty. This came in handy, because as I drove away I noticed a slight whining sound when I accelerated. I drove right back and they fixed it on the spot within 10 minutes with no hassle. I'm confident that if anything happens in the future, they'll stand behind their warranty and take care of the problem.
Pros: great prices, good service, knowledgable staff
Cons: some might not like the no-frills showroom
