Palmetto Security Solutions provided quick, prompt service prior to purchasing the alarm. The setup was quickly installed, the installer was professional when setting up the system within the home and everything was going great!
Upon learning, however, that the Fire Protection I was supposed to receive with my alarm was not installed, I called John for assistance. After 4 weeks, my roommate was finally able to get him to cooperate and finish the job. I never received a call to let me know the service was being completed.
It seems that once this alarm is sold, it goes directly to a company out of Oklahoma and Palmetto Security is off the hook. The system is a good quality alarm, but the service was very poor.
Pros: Prompt response (pre-purchase)
Cons: Took over 4 weeks to finish the installation of my system.
