I had been a member of bodyheat tanning for almost five years. I had cancelled, and rejoined a few times. In May of 09' I cancelled my membership at one of the branches. The company continued to rack up charges in their system. When I returned to resign in November, the clerk told me that I had unpaid dues and was unable to tan. This seemed impossible because I had cancelled six months prior, and had never recieved a bill or phone call. I had the clerk email corperate to get back to me when available. Not only did they not contact me, they sent me to collections.
