Every time I try another steakhouse I compare it to Outback and it never quite equals it, let alone beat it. I walk in to Outback and I know exactly what my meal will be and I am never diappointed. In all the years I have been eating at this reaurant I have never been disappointed... not once! There was only one time when I had a complaint. My medium rare steak got mixed up with another table's well done steak. Not only did they immediately prepare me a new steak but they removed the charge from my bill. An honest mistake and a generous correction.
Pros: delicious food, excellent service, always clean
Cons: long waits at peak times, smoking section next to wait area
