After having my chimney cleaned in my previous home by another company (to remain nameless!), I was THOROUGHLY impressed by the Chimney Cricket. After calling on a Thursday, they were out THE NEXT DAY to make sure the chimney could be cleaned before having new gas logs installed the following week. The owner walked me through all of the services sharing the chimney as a vent (furnace, water heater, etc) and pointed out a couple of areas to budget for sometime down the road. But he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. I will be using the Chimney Cricket for years to come!
