I live in Bend Oregon and had visited the dealership here in Bend. Didnt care of the customer service at all. Spent a weekend in Gresham and decided to stop by Ron Tonkin Hyundai just out of curiosity. A sales person approached me and I was very hesitant at first as I was only there to browse. I had no intention to purchase that day. The sales person was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very honest and even had a great personality. Before I knew it I was making an offer. The offer was accepted and I was well on my way to purchasing a brand new vehicle. Even the finance manager went above and beyond to use the financing I wanted and get me the payments I was comfortable with within the time frame I was needing. I left that day in my brand new vehicle with great relief that I just happened to stop by and check the dealership out. I left with a smile on my face knowing that I received a very fair deal, from a very honest sales person with the help of a very strong willed financing manager! I have recommended this same dealership to several of my friends and family in Bend. I have a couple family members that have driven to the same dealership 3 hours away from home and returned with a new vehicle feeling the same way I did that day.
