I have been to this place of business 2 times in the last 15 years and both times went away disapointed and fustrated, I am 50 years old and was raised with a gun in my hand and my father was a gun collector so we have a pretty good understanding of guns and their workings, and if you approach these employees with any sign that you are thinking of doing the work yourself they clam up like a bunch of mimes, the first time i went to these guys was when I had a new model 70 with a bad trigger pull and i mean bad, allison carey was the local rep for winchester warranty work so I took it in and asked if they could fix it they checked it and said it was within factory spec and would not be able to do anything under warranty but they suggested that for $40 they would polish the trigger mechanism so a couple weeks later since they were so busy when i showed up to pick up my gun they told me that they had to take the gun appart more than once to get the trigger right so the price ws now $70 I was not happy when i heard that the price had almost doubled without them talking to me but then i asked to see my gun and they said No!! not until you pay,,,Hows that for a way to treat you customers? Pros: very nice until you ask a question. Cons: This company has one philosiphy make money and lots of it
