For those thinking of an apartment, I would highly recommend against Heritage Park on 122 & Penn.
I signed a 9 month lease and have had issues nearly every other week with no sign of help. The leasing and apartment manager are immature at best. They refuse to take care of those things required to be taken care per my lease contract and the rental Laws in Oklahoma. There is Mold all throughout my apartment and they refuse to have it inspected. The maintenance men are thieves. They will come into your home without notification and steal things. The neighbors are horrible and make you feel as if you are in the ?hood? or bad part of town. People speed through the park areas and tell you to______ yourself if you tell them to slow down. If you want a complex that is run down loud and just horrible then be my guest and live here. I would have to say that I would not recommend this apartment at all. This place is horrible and will make you wish you had not moved here.
This place is nasty and has flooding problems. Major Mold Problems. The Hot water closet is completely rotted out and the ceiling has fallen in. The kitchen roof leaks and has a large stain room the leakage. They refuse to come out and fix these issues. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE
