they damaged my rug and tried to hide it by moving the couch over top of it. when i got home i saw the couch had been moved a little bit. so i moved it back and saw a huge light green stain. i called the owner to complain and she told me that they don't use any products that are green in color, and that they were not responsible for the damage. when they came to clean again next week i saw that 3 of their cleaning products were green. i was so angry i called the owner once more and confronted her about it. she said it was not her problem and they did not have to fix it. i have reported them to the BBB.
