Review content:
Don't know much about their cleaning, but I was recommended for their tailoring. After few questions to the lady who does the work, I left my blazer (men's) which was size bigger than i wear. I had the shoulders taken in, arm holes reduced , sleeve slimmed and sides taken in. Afterward, when I tried on the blazer, it was perfect. This is the only few tailor/alteration that I found who knew how to take in the sides and reduce the arm hole without visiting a bespoke tailor. Ask any other cleaners and they will tell you I don't need them done... or their first reaction will be to tell me "this will be lot of work and will cost you" hmmm, stay away from these cleaners.
Make sure the lady will be performing the work herself. Also, I had my jeans hemmed with the original hem reattached per her recommendation. I had my jeans altered before from another cleaners and they never can replicate the original hem. This is the first time my hemmed jean looked like they never been touched, because her technique in reattaching the original hem.
