Review content:
We ate at this restaurant based on an advertisement in a local magazine. The advertisment suggested that the price range of entrees was between $16-$20, but in reality the price range significantly exceeded the range. The food was ok, but not great and the restaurant was cold so that many patrons had to keep their coats on. Most troubling, however, was that the restaurant vastly overchaged (without telling us) for simple things like pasta with butter and rigatoni with vodka sauce. Despite the price of dishes like pasta with garlic and oil at $9.95, we were charged $15.95 for pasta with butter for our son's dish. We also ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce for our daughter. The menu showed that rigatoni with grilled shrimp and vodka sauce at $19.95. We asked to have the dish without the shrimp and we were told we did not need to order the shrimp with it. No mention was made that we would still be charged the full price, which we were. When we asked about the price of both dishes when we recieved the bill, we were told that was the price for both dishes and they would not reduce them. In the end we we spent over $150 at this overpriced BYOB for two veal entrees, two pasta entrees, one desert and two coffees. We will not go back again because we can eat far better for a lower price at many other restaurants who are more concerned about customer satisfaction than this restaurant. We felt cheated when we left and will never return again.
