Terrible!! I hired this company to cut down my tree as an emergency on a very windy day in June. I paid a far higher rate for the one tree, to get it done the same day. The crew quickly showed up and began cutting, but in the wind, they lost control of the tree they were cutting down in one huge (instead of pieces) cut. The tree landed on our green house ( just missing our home and another structure) destroying it! The company (cutter and owner) assured us they would replace and install a new green house, not cashing our check until the job was done! After days of getting the run around, they stopped answering the phone altogether. When we went to stop payment on the check a few days later.. the check had been cashed and still no follow thru!! We are currently in the process of filing small claims to get reimbursed for our destroyed green house, the plants (food) that called it home and the cost to reconstruct it! Our continued attempts(calling from different phone numbers) to communicate with Sean, who we were told (and believe) is the owner... are fruitless. He claims to know little about it and insists that it is between the cutter and us!! The cutter whom also doesn't answer his phone anymore! NO satisfaction guarantee, no accountability!!! TERRIBLE!!
