after 18 months of residency, I had 1 returned check due to loosing my job. Instead of noifying, they sent me a notice of eviction and atempted to suit aainest me. It ended up costing $1,100. to retain a apartment which the rent was only $595.00. 2 days later Sunshine (what a joke of a name) sent me a letter stating I had broken my lease and that now my rent would be $720.00....I have contacted ALL the news media and ferverantly that NO ONE has to endure the stress that I have.
Pros: Well maintained complex due to onsite manager
Cons: This company has no compassion
