I've worked with several different management companies in my 15 years of being on my condo board... Bowker & Roth is by far the best company I've worked with. Our financial reports are finally available in a timely manner and easy to read. Will's understanding of financial reports has definitely been an asset. I've been especially appreciative several times when Will was able to resolve conflicts that arose during board meetings.
