i must say i cant figure out all the negative write ups on this place i have eaten a lot of their pies.... most from their first building in hartford which was a real brick oven .. i can imagine someone calling the ingredients poor quality .it is fine if you dont like the style or just not for you but as far as the ingredients i have not been to a place which has as fresh of ingredients .. that said ... when they had the wood oven in hartford it was unbelieable .. even with out the smokey wood flavor the pizza would get it is still the best italian thin crust i have had ..my pizza of choice so you know where i am coming from .. pepperoni garli .. or would add ricotta at times .. yummy and have to eat it there right out of the oven .. dont compair it to a pan pie or a thick pie it is a different animal Pros: pizza pizza pizza Cons: no wood oven anymore
