Review content:
I went to Piaf for a haircut, based on its inclusion on the Washintonian magazine's list of the top salons in the city. My stylist was terrible. She didn't wash my hair before the cut and didn't even wet it - just started cutting. She took cell phone calls while cutting my hair, and even talked on the phone while actually using the scissors on my hair! I was quickly rushed out as soon as her lunch date arrived. Such rudeness would be tolerable if the haircut had turned out well, but it was choppy and uneven.
