The Dish is one of the finest eateries in Tucson. The waitstaff is excellent, the wine list is comprehensive, and the food is incredible. I've found it pretty hard to find a decent restaurant in this town, so I was very pleasantly surprised the first time I dined there. It's small and intimate, so make reservations, because there's not a lot of seating. Perfect for a romantic evening. It's a little hard to find, but if you look for the Rum Runner, it's directly behind it
