Review content:
After initially being satisfied with their services, I returned with a second computer that needed to be repaired. After three weeks, they finally told me it was fixed, but when I took it home, the computer crashed. This was the same problem I had when I brought it to them. I took it right back and they apologized and said it would be fixed in one week. One week turned into three months as they kept telling me that they were ordering parts and only needed more time. It was always an excuse. Finally I got so disgusted that I threatened to file a report with the police because they had just lied to me one too many times. Sonny eventually returned my computer to me and promised to send me a refund. It has been over 6 months and I am still waiting for the refund. Just another one of his lies. I would not use these people again if they were the last computer repair place in town.
