WOW!!!! Bern Unlimited is just the best company ever!!!!!!!!!! No matter what the problem or how many problems you have they will not only fix it but OVERDUE making it up to you in the BEST way!!!! Heres the story:
Sister Crystal Bower bought me a headphone liner for my Bern snowboarding helmet. Even though it was for a different helmet then mine I was able to get it to fit. I rode and the first day one side of the headphones stopped working. They have a lifetime warranty so I called them. They got a replacement out to me within a week but one of the snaps was not pressed correctly and didn't snap into the helmet. I called the same lady who was very very very sorry and said would send out another pair except would even send the pair specifically for my helmet :) I just got the new pair fedex about Noon and sure enough they fit way easier then the other two had but one fo the headphones didnt work :( So I called her back and she felt even worse so she said she would go downstairs find two pair that for sure work and send them both to me :) on top of that she was overnighting them so I would get them tomorrow :D I thought it was over at that until tomorrow but 20 minutes ago another fedex truck shows up with another pair of headphones that not only fits but works :D I call the lady back to tell her the good news and she seemed just as shocked as I that another pair arrived, she said she must of double shipped it on accident. Then she said she already had sent out the other two and they will be there tomorrow and that I could keep all 3 that work, but to send back the 3 that are malfunctioning :D So I ended up getting 3 pairs of headphones for my helmet, Ber is the Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
