Dr Powell is a fine physician. The office he is now located in is a pain to navigate and potentially costly to park in. His office staff is fairly useless. The head lab person has little to no interpersonal skills. If you rely on a doctor's office to answer a pharmacy's faxed requests in order to receive your medicine - good luck to you. I've had really bad luck. Sometimes it takes more than a week just to get the office to reply to a request, especially if it is a fax. And whatever you do don't try to call between the hours of 11 am and 2:30 pm. Odds are they are ""at lunch"". I've been a patient with them for several years, but I have reached the end of my rope with the office.
