Our first visit to Lashers was very, very satisfying. It was my husband's bday. I made the reservation on opentable, the reservation website, specifying the bday and they brought dessert with a candle! I also requested a private, romantic table and although the place was fairly empty, they escorted us to a great table. I hope the buzz begins for Lashers as the food was excellent (even for me as a vegetarian), service was A+ and atmosphere was A+. I ordered (from memory. bday was a few months ago) the soup of the day, a roasted vegetable bisque. Husband ordered an aged rib eye I believe. He raved about it. Husband is a former professional butcher and is very particular and discriminating when it comes to steak. A++++ please visit Lashers and keep them in Burbank. I think the location may not be the best. It's located on the ground floor of an office building and doesn't immediately jump at you as a beautiful, elegant steakhouse. I only noticed because I frequent the fedex and wellsfargo next door. Once you enter, it's truly beautiful. Prices are as expected from a fine dining steakhouse. We spent $100 without alcohol for dinner and dessert. Take into consideration I'm a vegetarian so we only ordered one steak. The key lime pie was also A+!!! I didn't give them 5 stars because nothing and no one is perfect. :) Pros: decor, ambience, food, service Cons: none truly
