WE WERE CUSTOMERS OF USI SOUTH COAST FOR YEARS. WE PAID OVER $8,000 A YEAR FOR FLOOD INSURANCE EVERY YEAR SINCE 2007. NOW WE ARE NO LONGER IN A FLOOD ZONE SO WE ASKED THEM TO CANCEL OUR FLOOD POLICY. THEY REFUSE TO DO SO AND ARE STILL ACTIVE WITH A POLICY WE NO LONGER NEED OR WANT. THE AGENT IS UPSET BECAUSE HE WILL LOSE HIS COMMISSION IF WE CANCEL SO HE REFUSES TO PROCESS THE PAPERWORK. NOW WE WILL HAVE TO SUE THEM IN COURT TO CANCEL A POLICY WE NO LONGER NEED.
