Review content:
I went here for a simple contact fitting. After one week in my contacts, they still did not feel right so I called to see if they would see me again and if so, how much the fee would be. I went back one week later and Dr. Berry herself made sure to perform multiple unnecessary procedures because she was under the impreession my health insurance would pay for it. The best example is she took unnecessary pictures of both of my eyes with her expensive camera without first asking me and without telling me what the charge would be. This is a critical time for many people. Unfortunately this is what is wrong with our health care system, providers are overcharging to make a buck. Whether my insurance had paid or not, these costly procedures just added up to someone's bottom line. In this case mine.
