When me and my husband, whose in the air force, moved in, we had to clean the apartment with the help of a friend before we could actually move our furniture in. The stove and fridge was dirty, and the carpets were disgusting. I vacuumed 5 times and all 5 times the vac was full of dirt and hair. There was a mirror and a board with nails in it on the bedroom door which I was told was there to cover up a hole in the door. The window in the bedroom was cracked and jamie said they'd get someone in to fix it and the bathroom door never wanted to shut. When it would rain hard, wed have water in our living room from the front door and leaking windows.
