I have been a patient of Dr. Pitts and Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital for over 5 years. All I can say to describe this vet is World Class! They have never overcharged me or done non-needed tests. They are caring and I always receive a prompt call back when I call the clinic. They have extended hours and open 7 days a weeks which helps me since I work on the west side and often don't get home until 7pm. All my neighbors love this vet hospital and I really respect the fact that Dr. Pitt volunteers his precious time rescuing and finding homes for war hero dogs from Iraq and other world war zones. My wife and I are so glad we have nice a nice and caring vet hospital very close to us to care for are 2 labs.
Pros: Caring, available, honest. Never had a problem in 5 years.
Cons: NONE!
