We stumbled upon the Art of the Chicken during a trip to Okemo in '02. It has been a staple of our trips ever since. The dining room is small, so we usually take it to go, but the portions are great and the best value in town. The owner/chef makes a homemade chicken soup that has no equal. My favorite is the roasted half-chicken dinner and my wife loves the chicken stir-fry and our kids swear by the chicken fingers. Both come with fresh salads and other sides. We recommend AOTC to friends all the time.
