Steve from Mike's Auto Clinic was my AAA tower when my car broke down in Green River, UT on a Saturday. First he followed me to a local shop to make sure I got there ok. The shop was closed and the only other shop in town doesn't work on Subarus. Steve spent about an hour on the phone trying to find the best place to get my car where it might get repaired without waiting for Monday morning or longer for parts to come in. He proved to be incredibly resourceful and personable. After delivering me to a shop in Price, UT, he still refused to leave until he knew I was being taken care of. Steve went above and beyond the basic requirements and truly cares about his customers and their needs.
