I wanted you to know how great one of your employees is, Salena Sanford, and the attention she gives to my account. Here is a copy of the email I sent to her this past week. Additionally, she was able to go FAR above the call of duty to find the manufacturer of my broken window covering. I was so discouraged at the possibility of bearing the cost for the tenants recklessness. She has found the parts and the charges will go to the tenant. This had to be extremely time consuming and very difficult. Salena knows her business and was quite impressive in making the Iowa Drive unit move-in ready in a very small window of time. Thank you for having a star on your team and mine!
