We inherited a very old rug that had been in constant use for about one hundred years, showed some wear and had probably never been cleaned. Mr. Benson took the time to understand our needs, explained all our options, respected our budget, and gave us an enjoyable education about Persian rugs in the process. The quality of the repair work is flawless. Our heirloom rug looks better than it has in several generations. We highly recommend Ray-Burts for any carpet or upholstery cleaning and restoration.
