As with another review, if possible I would would give this store no stars at all. Long story short, just don't go here! I paid for an overnight delivery ($50) and after multiple phone calls the package was finally delivered a WEEK later. ""Bob"" the owner told me that there was nothing he could do and THAT I SHOULD STOP BLAMING UPS and him for not delivering the package that I SHOULD TAKE SOME RESPONSBILITY for the lack of delivery!! Can you imagine! I usually send packages to my college sophmore via the post office, I used UPS to get the package there sooner..NEVER AGAIN will I use UPS and NEVER again will I visit this UPS Store and I will tell all the friends that also send packages to their college kids NEVER to use this STORE or UPS. Bottom line ""Bob"" at this UPS store was rudest business owner I have ever dealt with.
