I have gone here a few times for Botox treatments in the past and have had a decent experience but today was completely different and I will never go back after the way I was treated by Angela. I made an appt for a touch-up, as I was told I should if it appears i need more added after 2 weeks. She was extremely rude to me and acting like I just wanted free botox and said she would not ""give"" me any more. I told her I didn't expect it for free but that I want it to look right. She said how I was there 2 weeks ago for a retouch, which I was, but it still wasn't fixed. She angrily said how it looks better and she would not do more. So, now I am stuck with goofy looking lines/wrinkles above both eyebrows and nowhere else on my forehead. After reading the other reviews below, I'm now starting to wonder if she treated me that way because I was originally a Groupon client (although I have paid for two treatments since then). If you don't want people to use Groupons, then don't sell them!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend them to anyone. I have NEVER been treated like that by someone - it was so awkard and uncomfortable.
