On October 30, 2009 around 1:30 pm, I went to this establishment to make three utility payments. When I tried to give the teller my first bill, I was instructed to give him all the bills at one time to process. Upon insisting that I would rather process one bill at a time, he told me that since this was the first of the month he did not want to wait on me and told me to go to the next line. While the next teller was processing my bills, the original teller told her to stop waiting on me and to wait on the next customer behind me. I do not know why this young man was behaving in such a nonprofesional manner. I prefer to process one bill at a time to lower mistakes. After each bill is collected, I exam each one to make sure that it was processed correctly and ensure that I have received the correct change back. I am sure that management is not aware of this man's behavior toward customers. I have NEVER receive such horrible customer service in my life. I hope that the owner of this establishment receive this message. Pros: Real-time payment Cons: Horrible customer Service
