Warning!! Do not use this company!!
This company is a nightmare to deal with. They are dishonest, do cheap work, and will not honor your warranty. Check BBB. org. Premier claims on their website to be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, however, they actually have an F rating and have multiple claims against them for poor service and not honoring warrantys. You will experience these issues if you use this company. You will be required to put money down. They do sub out their work. Their office that provides such great communication is always closed and looks like it hasn't been opened for months.
The only salesman you will see is Chris and the only time you will see him is when he wants money. He does not communicate with his crews. Plumbing, diamond brite, and deck layers were all unprepared and did not know details that were outlined in the contract. You also will not get Chris on the phone. He will only answer in email, if he answers at all. Once final payment is made, you won't hear back from them. Don't believe the positive reviews. They were probably written by Chris himself.
With all the pool companies in south Fl, don't waste your time and money with this company.
