Businiess name:  At Home Apartments

Review content:
Small and cramped even by 1920's standards. Kitchens and bathrooms are outdated and poorly maintained. ""Tiled"" ceilings were cracked, sagging and showed water stains. Cheaply-made built-ins and other woodwork features were painted over--shouldn't be used as a selling point. Replaced light fixtures were pointed out as updates to rooms (?!) while other key elements like sinks, stoves, bathtubs, etc., that should be updated are in dire need of attention. Common areas were generally smelly. Little to no available off-street parking; prices for the rare spots are about $50 per month for apartments that are overpriced and offer little in amenities or charm.
