Review content:
We have visited Santorini?s several times in the past. We?ve had some rough experiences at this restaurant, but we wanted to give it another try. We will NEVER go back. The food was cold and the service was mediocre. More importantly the management was horrible. We had an issue with a gift card that was expired and the owner would not honor it. It had been expired only be a few weeks. We were accused of not leaving a tip (which we did). He told us that he didn?t need our business. I?ve lived in NYC, LA, and Chicago. I travel each week for business and frequent restaurants all over the world. I?ve never had an experience like this. I could NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. Minneapolis has too many GREAT restaurants. In my opinion don?t bother with this one.
