Review content:
I listed my home after a neighbor sold their ugly home next door ? quickly. I called Duffy, they came out, listed my home quickly and left politely. This has not been my experience with other agents so I thought this was going well so far. Within days of listing, the agents started calling and bringing their buyers. And, within a month, I had a buyer on the hook. That buyer did not work out because they were crazy. However, after a few more weeks, I had another buyer. Duffy helped me through a tough inspection with some advice and I closed with no trouble. Then, I was talking to my mother and she asked me how much I paid Duffy to sell my house and I said $1,280 vs $6,000 and she said I was smart. That made my day!
