As the others have iterated, I would never buy a product from these guys. I bought a cover and in about a year, the one side filled with water. I spoke to the guys and they told me to look and see if the water was inside the bag that surrounded the insulation and if so, I could just relieve the bag of water and get back in contact with them. When I called them back, they said they needed to see photos of the insulation wrapped in plastic with the water surrounding the bag. They said I also have to send photos indicating how the water got penetrated through the bag. How could I know this. Bottom line, their warranty is worthless and as I have seen, so are their products....I learned my lesson, I would pay the extra $100 next time and get one labeled from the manufacturer of my hottub(Hot Springs)
