I built a home with Kris, had all issues after the sale addressed to my satisfaction (or beyond), and even had a lot of help and followup with him to this day (I built the house in 2001-2002). If given the opportunity I would build a house with him again without hesitation. The reviews here are uncharacteristic of Kris and his work. I know (from asking Kris) that he is waiting for the complaints associated with the brick repairs to be withdrawn before starting the work for this homeowner (who is actually getting limestone put in to replace the brick - an upgrade for sure).
