Review content:
In the beginning of my experience at Clarice's everything went well. They spent a lot of time with me picking out my dress and bridesmaid dresses and I feel the prices are fair. However, after I got my dress the customer service was horrid. I took the dress home, went to try it on and noticed that some of the stitching was coming out. I called them, and took it in and they said there was nothing they could do because it had left the store. After they eventually agreed to fix it they did so with YELLOW thread, on a white dress. When I asked 'why did you use yellow thread?', she replied 'it's not yellow it's white.'. So, in front fo the employee I asked another shopper 'do you see anything wrong with this', and she replied 'what, that it's yellow'.
With that, the employee grabbed the the dress and took it in back to fix it. Which they did, poorly.
You couldn't pay me enough to go back there. They treated me awfully.
