?The residential care facility for the elderly at 21200 Ventura Blvd. in Woodland Hills, CA 91364 was known as Woodland Park Retirement Hotel before it was renamed Park Ventura Retirement. When the facility was known as Woodland Park Retirement Hotel, there was an elder abuse lawsuit filed against Woodland Park Retirement Hotel. When Woodland Park Retirement Hotel was sued, the facility administrator was a woman named Susan Weisbarth.
