Stay away from this company.
I'm a Denver native who has been doing an annual trip to Breckenridge for over ten years. I inquired about a home in what was our advertised price range ($4-600 a night, with four night minimum) and got a response asking for over $4,000 for five nights (was told at this time the minimum was five nights even though it wasn't advertised anywhere in the ad).
They also inserted an assortment of costs including an $109 administration fee, which was a first in over 18 properties I've rented off VRBO.
When I emailed back accusing them of blatant bait and switch, and then another email asking for a list of their properties so I could avoid them in my search, they didn't respond.
Makes me wonder if their service is really on the up and up and if home owners are even aware of their practices.
Incredibly unprofessional.
Oh, and rented the house I needed from the next management company (River Ridge Rentals) I emailed, which was honest and straight forward throughout.
