I wouldn't go to her if you sometimes have scheduling issues and have to cancel. To clarify, I did call her before the appt to tell her that I couldn't make my appointment, and I believe my reason was valid because I woke up sick and was stuck in bed all day. There was also a misunderstanding about another appointment. I thought I had rescheduled it for another date; she didn't agree. When I called a month or so later because I needed to schedule an appointment, she didn't bother returning my emails or phone calls. If she didn't want to make an appt for me, she could have at least told me so, but she didn't bother responding, which I thought was very rude. A tight and efficient ship, or an unprofessional attitude, you decide.
