The Indio office is extremely well-organized and staffed by some of the best sales and service persons I've ever encountered. I originally came to Ramona when this location opened with a bit of trepidation: I'd never done business with you before. The level of competence is the highest I've encountered with any non-dealer business; your most outstanding business characteristics are honesty, diligent desire to solve automotive issues with the customer in mind, and willingness to really back your warranties.
