The water softener and RO unit is wonderful. The old water softener was not working right. I called the company that installed the old one 11 years ago. I was told the beads are missing they need to be replaced. I couldn't get them back out to replace the beads. I had the business that services the furnace take a look at it. It was like pulling teeth to get a response. I decided then to look for a company that their specialty is water treatment. The web research started. When Delmass asked where do you think the beads went? A light clicked on, they can not deslove. Then he wrote out 4 options. The cheapest was rebuliding the old softener. I said I'll do one of the options for sure. No pressure thought about it for a couple weeks and called back a week later the water is perfect.
