I purchased a home for my mother two doors down and it needed repairs done. Since I had tile work done on my roof a few years ago, I wanted to get the same for my mom. I called a bunch of companies and they all sent out representatives who gave me quotes without even getting on the roof. Rene, the owner of Express Roofing, came out himself to look at my roof. Since I had already gone through the whole process several times I could tell he knew what he was talking about. The other sales people I had talked to did not know what I was talking about when I asked them questions. Rene understood and addressed all my concerns.
I also asked Rene if he could recommend to me people to do some paint and stucco work. He supplied that information and I had his in-house vendors do everything on my mom's house. They did the roof, painted the interior, exterior, and also stuccoed the fence and fireplace. They did an absolutely exceptional job.
The customer service here is very good. The office manager is very nice and always either answers the phone or gets back to me the same day. Rene came by everyday to see how work was going and to check up. The other companies didn't even call to follow up with my initial inquiry. Express Roofing was very responsive to all my needs.
One phone call did it all. Instead of having to call multiple contractors and dealing with that hassle (like before when I remodeled my own house) I placed one call to Rene to get my mom's house completely fixed up. I wish I had used Express when I did the roofing for my house, their work is far superior. My mom's roof looks better than mine! It was a quality job for a reasonable price. If everybody operated like Express, we wouldn't have any problems at all!
