Review content:
The first time I went there was from a groupon I got for an oil change. Because I use synthetic oil, I needed to pay more than the amount of the groupon. I understood that, but the amount they were charging for a synthetic oil change seemed quite higher than anywhere else I had ever had it done. They made excuses that "they only use the finest of everything...blah blah blah". I waited 3 HOURS for my car, and they were unable to reset the gauge that must be reset when the oil has been changed so that your car can keep track of when you are due for another change.
Now, this last time I was there, I was prepared to have a great deal of work done and knew I would be spending thousands of dollars on the stuff I needed fixed. When I received the estimate for THESE repairs, I almost fell over in shock. For my TINY BMW Z3, they wanted OVER 3000.00 to paint it! Then, I had a light bulb out in the dashboard, they wanted 1600.00 to replace the entire dashboard!! WHAT???? Are you kidding me? I couldn't get my car out of there quick enough; but not before being charged over 100.00 to replace a turn signal bulb and a tail light, both of which are 5 dollar bulbs.
Since then, I had the car repainted BEAUTIFULLY for 1300.00, and the dashboard bulb?? That was replaced by Vista BMW for 80.00. So, in other words...Auto Tech was going to rape me to the tune of $3220.00. NO THANK YOU ...NEVER AGAIN
