Review content:
Called to ask about getting my washing machine fixed. Not only did they not have ""same day service"" the scheduling lady was extremely rude. I tried to get some idea of how much it would cost to have someone come out and the couldn't give quotes over the phone - ""anywhere from $90 and up"" is what she said. I said well what about the 15% off she acted as if she never heard of it. I informed her that GE is cheaper and she said ""okay"" and hung up the phone on me. Couldn't imagine having an issue with their work and having to try and get any money back.
