Matthews Water Damage recently came to my house to do some work in our crawl space. I am writing to let everyone know that the technicians were wonderful! He was very professional yet personable at the same time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issues with our crawl space and took the time to explain it to me so I could fully understand. He even re-explained the whole situation to my husband over the phone so that we both understood all of the issues. He was prompt. He was considerate. He returned our phone calls immediately. He came back on a Sunday to finish the job. I am so glad I called Matthews Water Damage. Because of the way everything was handled over and above, we will be referring your company in the future to any friend or relative that might require help with Water Damage.
